2) Attachment <\/span>of the property of the fugitive economic offender and proceeds of crime;<\/span><\/p>\n

3) <\/span>The powers of directors relating to <\/span>survey, search and seizure and search of persons<\/span>;<\/span><\/p>\n

4) Confiscation of the property of a fugitive <\/span>economic offender and proceeds of crime;<\/span><\/p>\n

5)<\/span> <\/span>Disentitlement <\/span>of the fugitive economic offender from putting forward or defending <\/span>any civil claim;<\/span><\/p>\n

6) Appointment <\/span>of an administrator for the proposed legislation<\/span>;<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

7) Appeal to the high court against the orders <\/span>issued by the special court;<\/span><\/p>\n

8) Placing the burden of proof <\/span>for establishing that an individual is a fugitive economic offender on the <\/span>Director <\/span>or the person authorized by the Director. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
