So much so for being an aam aadmi that he’s India’s most popular Chief Minister with a whopping 1.37 crore followers on Twitter. Controversy’s favorite child, he is undoubtedly one of the very few Indian politicians who rose to power at the blink of an eye.

2. Manohar Parrikar, Goa

One of the coolest places and our desi Honeymoon destination, Goa is currently under a constant threat of losing its charm in the hands of the ‘moral police’. Nevertheless, that doesn’t seem to have affected the Chief Minister’s popularity at all. With as many as 60.05 lakhs followers on the micro-blogging site, Manohar Parrikar is only second to our very own AK.

10. Naveen Patnaik, Odisha

Representing one of the fastest developing states of India, Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik seems to be having a great run in the rat race that Twitter has become. With a number as big as 22.7 lakhs, Patnaik is undoubtedly ahead of most of his counterparts given that most ahead of him represent states with a much higher population that his including Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan & Maharashtra.
