Disclaimer: The Rules of Professional Conduct do not allow us to represent a client without a written agreement. We may answer your questions via email, Whatsapp chat or telephone dialogue during the Micro Consultation or at any point in time but we will only accept cases and clients when you sign a Representation Agreement. Our RTI Drafting and Filing Services are a paralegal and should be considered as Knowledge Processing Outsourcing (KPO) business. Therefore, the suggestions provided by the Team or on the RTIwala web pages is for information purposes only. It is not intended as legal advice, nor should it be relied upon as legal advice in any specific case. The firm does not intend to create an attorney-client relationship with visitors or clients to its website, and visitors to the website should not assume such a relationship or rely on any material from the website without individualized advice from their own legal counsel.

Refund Conditions

1. We request you to make a note of your Application/Ticket No. as it is mandatory to mention the same in all your future references at RTIwala.
2. For your convenience, always use your registered Mobile/E-mail for all your correspondence with RTIwala Team.
3. Any Email without the Application / Ticket No. mentioned in the ‘Subject Line’ will not be entertained.
4. Cancellations must be intimated via E-mail (help@rtiwala.com) within 6 hrs of receipt of your payment.
5. All refunds are processed within 48-72 hrs (excluding Public/Bank Holidays) of receiving a refund request. In cases where a holiday falls in between, the refund amount will be processed in the consecutive business days.
6. All drafts of RTI applications, First and Second Appeals, Complaints and Agreements will be solely in English Language and no request for conversion of draft or response received from the authorities will be considered in any matter.
7. All the conversation through Call/Chat/Email or other means will be done in English Language only.
8. Please note that our official working hours from Monday to Friday are 10:30 a.m. to 05:00 pm IST (GMT +5:30).
9. Refund requests received after 5:30 p.m. (IST) on a working day will be processed on the next working day.
10. Our payment gateway will always send you a text message/ E-mail notification once your refund amount is processed at our end. Please be patient and bear with us till you receive the amount to your original payment method within the next 72 hours.
11. In some cases, depending upon your payment mode, Banks and Payment Gateways might take anywhere between 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your statement.
12. If you have received a refund notification from us but the amount doesn’t appear on your statement after 5-7 days, we request you to confirm the same with your Payment Partner and your Bank before contacting us.
13. Don’t worry, we are a bunch of happy people at RTIwala, always delighted to assist you at all times.

Please note that RTIwala will send notifications to your registered Whatsapp No. or E-mail ID at every stage of your RTI Application proceeding. Therefore, we request you to keep and share all your registered details accurate and active at all times throughout your association with RTIwala. In case of any change/update in your contact/address details, please write to us at your earliest at help@rtiwala.com with the ticket/application number.

We understand that the human mind can be ambiguous at times and you might wish to withdraw the application from our services. For all such unfortunate scenarios when you choose not to avail of our services, please refer to the table below for your specific refund statuses.

1. RTIwala promises a full refund of the total fee paid, if we are unable to process your RTI application due to legal limitations or such other complexities, etc.
2. The RTIwala Team will not draft or file RTI application(s) if there’s any on-going or pending case in relation to the same query.
3. If your RTI is in the process of being drafted by our experts but you are unable to provide some required information and hence, it cannot be filed, you’ll only be eligible for a 60% refund of the total fees paid to us.
4. No refund requests will be accepted once your RTI application has been drafted and filed by RTIwala.

1. PRODUCTS/SERVICES/CONSULTATIONS

1.1 – Terms of Offer:

Praantech Media Pvt. Ltd. has proprietary rights and trade secrets in the Products/Services. You cannot copy, reproduce, resell or redistribute any Product manufactured and distributed by Praantech Media Pvt. Ltd. Praantech Media Pvt. Ltd. also has rights to all trademarks and trade dress and specific layouts of this webpage, including calls to action, text placement, images, and other information.

1.5 – Goods and Service Tax:

If you purchase any Products/Services or book a Consultation call, you will be responsible for paying any applicable GST tax.

1.8 Post Sales Support:

We provide the posts sales support primarily through Email and sometimes via Live Chat support on the RTIwala.com website. No instant or real-time telephonic support will be provided as part of post-sales support.

1.9 Working Hours:

Our working hours are 1030-1750 (10:30 am-5:40 pm) IST or GMT +5:30 from Monday to Friday. All our support and communication channels will be closed on non-working hours, weekends, major public holidays as well as during server maintenance or database migration.

This Agreement comprises the entire agreement between you and Praantech Media Pvt. Ltd. and supersedes any prior agreements about the subject matter contained herein.

8.4 – Effect of Waiver.

The failure of Praantech Media Pvt. Ltd. to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of this Agreement is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties’ intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of this Agreement remain in full force and effect.

8.5 – Governing Law; Jurisdiction.

This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of Madhya Pradesh without regard to its conflict of law principles to the contrary. Neither you nor Praantech Media Pvt. Ltd. will commence or prosecute any suit, proceeding or claim to enforce the provisions of this Agreement, to recover damages for breach of or default of this Agreement, or otherwise arising under or because of this Agreement, other than in courts located in State of Madhya Pradesh. By using this Website or ordering Products/Services, you consent to the jurisdiction of Seoni Malwa and venue of such courts in connection with any action, suit, proceeding or claim to arise under or because of this Agreement. You at this moment waive any right to trial by jury arising out of this Agreement and any related documents.

8.6 – Statute of Limitation.

You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the Website or Products/Services or this Agreement must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.

Following termination, you will not be permitted to use the Website and Praantech Media Pvt. Ltd. may, in its sole discretion and without advance notice to you, cancel any outstanding orders for Products/Services. If your access to the Website is terminated, Praantech Media Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to exercise whatever means it deems necessary to prevent unauthorized access to the Website. This Agreement will survive indefinitely unless and until Praantech Media Pvt. Assignment. You may not assign your rights and obligations under this Agreement to anyone. Praantech Media Pvt. Ltd. may assign its rights and responsibilities under this Agreement in its sole discretion and without advance notice to you.

Ltd. is directly responsible for complying with all requirements of applicable national and international privacy laws including EU General Data Protection Regulation in connection with the information that we obtain and process for the purposes of managing contacts, or organizing groups, or administering networks. 9. Bound by the Standard Operating Procedure(SOP) 

9.1 Every visitor, paid or free user, subscriber or associate/partner is bound to obey the Standard Operating Procedure set by the RTIwala to get the optimum utilization of our resources i.e., time, money and efforts of our team we can limit, restrict or cease some or any product, services or any component of it at any point of time with or without prior notice or announcement. The decision of the RTIwala and their Teammate will be final.

9.2 At any point of time, there may be a delay in capturing, processing the payment or order due to any unforeseen technical or non-technical reason. Therefore, there will be any request for full or partial refund or replacement of the product or services will be entertained at any point of time.

9.3 To maintain the privacy and confidentialities’ of our teammate and teammates, legal associates, partners and other stakeholders. We could not share the response or actual soft/hard copies of the Anonymous RTI Application /Appeal, the postal order details, or any such identifiable information/document which is destroyed with in few hours of the sharing with the clients as a part of our SOP. Similarly, we cannot share the login details of our Legal Associates’ any account details or let the clients connect with them at any stage of during or after processing their orders.

BY USING THIS WEBSITE OR ORDERING PRODUCTS FROM THIS WEBSITE, YOU AGREE

TO BE BOUND BY ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT.
