According to Ashok, he was forced to take responsibility of the crime. He now claims to have not committed the crime. He now accuses the higher authorities of Haryana Police and Ryan International to have framed him in the case. He has confided in his family with severe torture by the authorities to make him confess to the crime. Moving forward, he chooses to fight for ‘justice’.
After 7 days of repeated demand from the grieving parents, Haryana Chief Minister, M.L. Khattar visited the victim’s house and assured a CBI probe into the matter.
CBSE’ take on Pradyuman Murder Case
The Central Board of Secondary Education has issued a show-cause notice to the school on Saturday asking “why [its] provisional affiliation for a secondary and senior secondary level may not be withdrawn”.
The Board held the school responsible on seven counts in the notice. Wilful violation of the provisions of the affiliation by-laws. A report by a two-member fact-finding committee set up on September 9, stated that “the school has failed to discharge its responsibility to file the FIR. Neither did they tell the district education officer and CBSE.”
What was the fault of the parents who lost their kid to such a horrible mishap? What about those parents who have now inculcated fear in their own minds? Who is responsible for the death? The malignant School Authorities or the rule forming CBSE? These well-known institutions proved again that the Indian education system is deteriorating with time.
If such brutal death is not an awakening call for the parents and authorities, none will ever be.
